건강검진기본법 시행령 제4조(위원회의 운영)

① 위원장은 위원회를 대표하고, 위원회의 업무를 총괄한다.

② 위원회의 회의는 위원 4명 이상의 요구가 있을 때 또는 위원장이 필요하다고 인정할 때에 소집하고, 위원장이 그 의장이 된다.

(2) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 at앳 the^ð더 request^r리퀘스트 of어^v브 four^f포 or오 more모 members멤버즈 or오 where웨어 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 deems딤즈 it잇 necessary,네서세^r리 and앤드 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 preside프^r리자이드 over오우^v버 them.^ð뎀

③ 위원장은 회의 소집 14일 전까지 해당 회의의 안건을 결정하여 관련 학회 또는 단체에 제2조제7호에 따른 위원의 추천을 받는다.

(3) No노우 later레이터 than^ð댄 14 days데이즈 before비^f포 convening컨^v비닝 a어 meeting,미팅 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 determine더터먼 the^ð디 agenda어젠다 of어^v브 the^ð더 meeting미팅 and앤드 obtain어브테인 recommendations^r레커먼데이션즈 of어^v브 members멤버즈 under언더 Article아터클 2, subparagraph서브패^r러그^r래^f프 7 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 academic애커데믹 societies서사이어티즈 or오 organizations.오거너제이션즈

④ 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(4) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 on안 the^ð더 register,^r레지스터 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑤ 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원장이 미리 지명한 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.

(5) Where웨어 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 duties두티즈 for^f포 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reasons,^r리즌즈 a어 member멤버 designated데지그네이티드 in인 advance어드^v밴스 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 act액트 on안 the^ð더 chairperson's체어퍼슨즈 behalf.비해^f프

⑥ 제1항부터 제5항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 위원회의 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
