거창사건등 관련자의 명예회복에 관한 특별조치법 제3조(거창사건등관련자명예회복심의위원회)

① 이 법에 따른 사망자 및 그 유족의 결정과 명예회복에 관한 사항을 심의ㆍ의결하기 위하여 국무총리 소속으로 거창사건등관련자명예회복심의위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.

(1) The^ð더 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Committee커미티 on안 Restoration^r레스터^r레이션 of어^v브 Honor아너 of어^v브 Persons퍼슨즈 Related^r릴레이티드 to투 the^ð더 Geochang기오캥 Incident,인서던트 etc.엣세터^r러 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "Committee")커미티 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 under언더 the^ð더 Prime프^r라임 Minister미너스터 to투 deliberate딜리버^r럿 and앤드 resolve^r리잘^v브 matters매터즈 concerning컨서닝 the^ð더 determination디터머네이션 of어^v브 deceased디시스트 persons퍼슨즈 and앤드 bereaved버^r리^v브드 families^f패멀리즈 and앤드 the^ð더 restoration^r레스터^r레이션 of어^v브 honor아너 under언더 this^ð디스 Act.액트

② 위원회는 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의ㆍ의결한다.

(2) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 deliberate딜리버^r럿 and앤드 resolve^r리잘^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 matters:매터즈

③ 위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함한 15명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

(3) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 consist컨시스트 of어^v브 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 15 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 one원 chair.체어

④ 위원장은 국무총리가 되고 위원은 5명 이상의 유족 대표를 포함한 학식과 경험이 풍부한 사람과 관계 공무원 중에서 국무총리가 위촉하거나 임명한다.

⑤ 위원회의 조직 및 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
