거창사건등 관련자의 명예회복에 관한 특별조치법 시행령 제4조(심의위원회의 회의)

①심의위원회의 위원장은 심의위원회의 회의를 소집하고 그 의장이 된다.

②심의위원회의 회의는 위원장을 포함한 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다. 이 경우 당해 회의의 안건과 관련된 사건에 관하여 위촉되지 아니한 유족대표 위원은 재적위원의 수에 산입하지 아니한다.
