개인정보 보호법 시행령 제51조의2(조정 불응 의사의 통지)

개인정보처리자는 법 제43조제3항에 따른 특별한 사유가 있어 분쟁조정에 응하지 않으려는 경우에는 법 제43조제2항에 따른 분쟁조정의 통지를 받은 날부터 10일 이내에 그 사유를 명시하여 분쟁조정 불응 의사를 분쟁조정위원회에 알려야 한다.
