개성공업지구 지원에 관한 법률 제12조의4(개성공업지구 투자기업의 이전 또는 대체생산시설 설치에 대한 자금지원)

정부는 제12조의2제1항의 사유로 개성공업지구 투자기업이 생산시설을 국내로 이전하거나 대체생산시설을 설치하려는 경우에는 「중소기업진흥에 관한 법률」에 따른 중소벤처기업창업 및 진흥기금을 우선 지원하거나 「지방자치분권 및 지역균형발전에 관한 특별법」 제24조제1항에 따른 재정적 사항에 관한 지원을 우선적으로 할 수 있다. <개정 2018.12.31, 2023.6.9>
