개별소비세법 시행규칙 제5조의3(저유소 혼유등 특례 신청 등)
영 제16조의5제2항에 따른 특례의 신청 또는 변경신청은 별지 제8호의4서식의 저유소 혼유등 특례 신청(변경신청)서에 따른다.
