Regulations on the Operation of Open Positions and Public Recruitment Positions, Article 6 (Central Selection Examination Committee for Open Positions)

① 다음 각 호의 사무를 수행하기 위하여 인사혁신처장 소속으로 개방형 직위 중앙선발시험위원회(이하 "선발시험위원회"라 한다)를 두며, 선발시험위원회는 임용예정 직위별로 5명 이상의 위원으로 구성한다. <개정 2014.11.19>

④ 선발시험위원회의 위원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 해당 선발시험위원회의 심의ㆍ의결에서 제척(除斥)된다. <개정 2020.9.8>

⑤ 개방형 직위 선발시험 대상자는 위원에게 제4항에 따른 제척 사유가 있거나 심의ㆍ의결의 공정(公正)을 기대하기 어려운 사정이 있는 경우에는 그 이유를 분명하게 밝혀 그 위원의 기피를 신청할 수 있으며, 위원은 심의ㆍ의결을 회피해야 한다. <개정 2020.9.8>

⑥ 제5항의 기피신청이 있는 경우에는 선발시험위원회의 의결로 해당 위원의 기피 여부를 결정해야 한다. 이 경우 기피신청을 받은 위원은 그 의결에 참여하지 못한다. <개정 2020.9.8>
