개발이익 환수에 관한 법률 시행령 제25조(결손처분)

시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 법 제23조제1항제4호에 따라 결손처분을 하려면 관할 세무서 등 관계 행정기관 등에 조회하여 그 체납자의 행방 또는 재산의 유무를 조사ㆍ확인해야 한다. 다만, 체납된 부담금이 10만원 미만인 경우는 제외한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2020.9.8>
