개발이익 환수에 관한 법률 시행령 제24조(납부의 연기 및 분할 납부)

① 법 제20조에 따라 납부 기일을 연기하거나 분할 납부를 신청하려는 자는 납부 기일 연기 또는 분할 납부 사유 등을 적은 납부 기일 연기신청서 또는 분할 납부 신청서를 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2020.9.8>

② 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제1항에 따른 납부 기일 연기신청서 또는 분할 납부 신청서를 받은 날부터 30일 이내에 신청인에게 납부 기일 연기 또는 분할 납부 여부를 서면으로 알려야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2020.9.8>

③ 법 제20조제1항제5호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 경우"란 부담금 부과 금액이 1천만원을 초과하고, 납부 의무자가 「지방세기본법」 제67조에 따른 담보를 제공하는 경우를 말한다. <개정 2014.7.14, 2020.9.8>
