개발이익 환수에 관한 법률 시행령 제23조(납부 기일 전 징수)

시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 법 제19조제2항에 따라 납부 기일 전에 부담금을 징수하려는 경우에는 그 납부 기일을 부담금 고지일부터 5일 이상이 지난 날로 해야 하고, 그 고지서에는 납부 기일 전에 징수한다는 뜻과 납부 기일이 변경된 사실을 적어야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2020.9.8>
