지원위원회ㆍ실무위원회의 위촉위원, 지원위원회ㆍ실무위원회의 회의에 출석하는 관계 중앙행정기관 공무원 또는 관계 기관ㆍ법인ㆍ단체의 임직원이나 전문가 등에게는 예산의 범위에서 수당과 여비, 그 밖의 경비를 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원이 소관 업무와 직접 관련하여 출석하는 경우에는 그렇지 않다.
