감정평가 및 감정평가사에 관한 법률 시행령 제10조(합격기준)

① 제1차 시험 과목 중 영어과목을 제외한 나머지 시험과목의 합격기준은 과목당 100점을 만점으로 하여 모든 과목 40점 이상, 전 과목 평균 60점 이상의 득점으로 한다.

② 국토교통부장관은 감정평가사의 수급 상황 등을 고려하여 제2차 시험의 최소합격인원을 정할 수 있다. 이 경우 감정평가관리ㆍ징계위원회의 심의를 거쳐야 한다. <개정 2022.1.21>

③ 제2차 시험과목의 합격기준은 과목당 100점을 만점으로 하여 모든 과목 40점 이상, 전 과목 평균 60점 이상의 득점으로 한다. 다만, 모든 과목 40점 이상, 전 과목 평균 60점 이상을 득점한 사람의 수가 제2항에 따른 최소합격인원에 미달하는 경우에는 모든 과목 40점 이상을 득점한 사람 중에서 전 과목 평균점수가 높은 순으로 최소합격인원의 범위에서 합격자를 결정한다.

④ 제3항 단서에 따라 합격자를 결정하는 경우 동점자로 인하여 최소합격인원을 초과하는 경우에는 그 동점자 모두를 합격자로 결정한다. 이 경우 동점자의 점수는 소수점 이하 둘째자리까지만 계산하며, 반올림은 하지 아니한다.
