감사원 감사사무 처리규칙 제29조(비위혐의자 등에 대한 조치)

① 중대한 비위혐의로 감사를 받고 있는 자가 도주하거나 증거인멸 또는 재산은닉 등을 할 우려가 있는 때에는 그 소속기관의 장은 적정한 예방조치를 하고 그 결과를 법 제29조에 따라 감사원에 통보하여야 한다.

② 감사원은 제1항의 비위혐의자의 직무관련 행위로 인하여 소속기관과 국민의 권익이 현저하게 침해되거나 침해될 우려가 있을 때에는 그 행위의 중지 또는 담당직무의 정지 등 적절한 조치를 하도록 그 소속기관의 장에게 요구할 수 있다.
