각종 기념일 등에 관한 규정 제2조(기념일 등)

① 정부에서 주관하는 각종 기념일, 그 주관 부처 및 행사 내용 등은 별표 1과 같다. <개정 2020.8.18>

③ 중앙행정기관의 장은 제1항 또는 다른 법률에 규정되지 않은 기념행사나 이에 준하는 행사를 하려는 경우에는 그 계획을 국무회의에 보고한 후 시행해야 한다. <개정 2020.8.18>
