가축전염병 예방법 시행령 제6조(가축사육시설의 폐쇄명령 등)

① 특별자치시장ㆍ시장(특별자치도의 행정시장을 포함한다)ㆍ군수 또는 구청장(구청장은 자치구의 구청장을 말하며, 이하 "시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장"이라 한다)은 법 제19조제4항(법 제28조 및 제28조의2에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다. 이하 이 조 및 별표 1의2에서 같다)에 따라 가축사육시설의 폐쇄명령 또는 가축사육의 제한명령을 하려는 경우에는 농림축산식품부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 미리 해당 가축의 소유자 또는 관리자(이하 "소유자등"이라 한다)에게 문서(소유자등이 원하는 경우에는 전자문서를 포함한다)로 알려야 한다. <개정 2023.6.7>

③ 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 법 제19조제4항에 따른 가축사육시설의 폐쇄명령 또는 가축사육의 제한명령을 한 경우에는 해당 가축사육시설의 명칭ㆍ소재지, 가축의 소유자등 및 명령일자를 관할 시ㆍ도지사, 농림축산검역본부장 및 다른 시ㆍ도지사에게 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2023.6.7>
