Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Prevention of Contagious Animal Diseases, Article 11-2 (Payment of Closure Support Funds)

① 법 제48조의2제1항에서 "경영악화 등 대통령령으로 정하는 사유"란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사유를 말한다. <개정 2024.3.5>

② 법 제48조의2제1항에 따라 지급하는 폐업에 따른 지원금(이하 "폐업지원금"이라 한다)의 지급대상 가축은 돼지로 한다.

③ 폐업지원금은 「축산법」 제22조제1항 또는 제3항에 따른 축산업 허가를 받거나 등록을 하고 축산업을 영위하던 자가 제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사유로 같은 법 제22조제6항제2호에 따라 폐업신고를 하고, 같은 법 제2조제8호의2에 따른 축사(이하 "축사"라 한다)를 원래의 목적으로 사용하지 못하도록 용도를 변경하거나 철거 또는 폐기한 경우에 지급한다.

④ 제3항에도 불구하고 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 폐업지원금을 지급하지 않는다. <개정 2023.6.7>

1. 중점방역관리지구의 지정일 직전 1년 이상의 기간 동안 폐업지원금의 지급대상 가축을 사육하지 않거나 축사를 철거 또는 폐기한 경우
