가축분뇨의 관리 및 이용에 관한 법률 시행령 제12조의5(처리시설의 설계ㆍ시공)

① 법 제16조제1항제4호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 업종의 건설업"이란 「건설산업기본법 시행령」 제7조에 따른 산업ㆍ환경설비 공사업을 말한다.

② 법 제16조제2항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 규모 및 공종(工種)의 특성을 가지는 처리시설"이란 공공처리시설로서 1일 가축분뇨 처리용량이 30세제곱미터 이상인 정화시설 또는 바이오에너지화시설을 말한다.
