가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률 제94조(귀화허가의 통보 등)

① 법무부장관은 「국적법」 제4조에 따라 외국인을 대한민국 국민으로 귀화허가한 경우 지체 없이 귀화허가를 받은 사람이 정한 등록기준지의 시ㆍ읍ㆍ면의 장에게 대법원규칙으로 정하는 사항을 통보하여야 한다.

② 제1항의 통보를 받은 시ㆍ읍ㆍ면의 장은 귀화허가를 받은 사람의 등록부를 작성한다.
