Act on the Registration, etc. of Family Relationships, Article 92 (Reports of Declarations of Disappearance)

① 실종선고의 신고는 그 선고를 청구한 사람이 재판확정일부터 1개월 이내에 재판서의 등본 및 확정증명서를 첨부하여 하여야 한다.
