가정폭력범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법 제36조(협조와 원조)

① 법원은 가정보호사건의 조사ㆍ심리에 필요한 경우 관계 행정기관, 상담소등 또는 의료기관, 그 밖의 단체에 협조와 원조를 요청할 수 있다.

② 제1항의 요청을 받은 관계 행정기관, 상담소등 또는 의료기관, 그 밖의 단체가 그 요청을 거부할 때에는 정당한 이유를 제시하여야 한다.
