가정폭력범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법 제19조(조사ㆍ심리의 방향)

법원은 가정보호사건을 조사ㆍ심리할 때에는 의학, 심리학, 사회학, 사회복지학, 그 밖의 전문적인 지식을 활용하여 가정폭력행위자, 피해자, 그 밖의 가정구성원의 성행, 경력, 가정 상황, 가정폭력범죄의 동기ㆍ원인 및 실태 등을 밝혀서 이 법의 목적을 달성할 수 있는 적정한 처분이 이루어지도록 노력하여야 한다.
