가상융합산업 진흥법 제18조(협회)

① 가상융합사업자는 가상융합기술 또는 가상융합서비스등의 이용 촉진ㆍ확산과 자율규제 및 이용자 보호 등을 통한 가상융합산업의 지속가능한 발전을 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 과학기술정보통신부장관의 인가를 받아 가상융합산업 관련 협회(이하 "협회"라 한다)를 설립할 수 있다.

(1) Virtual^v버추얼 convergence컨^v버전스 business비즈니스 operators아퍼^r레이터즈 may메이 establish이스태블리시 an앤 association어소우시에이션 related^r릴레이티드 to투 the^ð더 virtual^v버추얼 convergence컨^v버전스 industry인더스트^r리 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð디 "Association")어소우시에이션 with위^ð드 the^ð디 authorization오^θ써^r러제이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Science사이언스 and앤드 ICT,아이크트 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree,디크^r리 for^f포 the^ð더 sustainable서스테이너블 development디^v벨럽먼트 of어^v브 the^ð더 virtual^v버추얼 convergence컨^v버전스 industry인더스트^r리 through^θ쓰^r루 promotion프^r러모우션 and앤드 spread스프^r레드 of어^v브 the^ð더 use유스 of어^v브 virtual^v버추얼 convergence컨^v버전스 technology텍날러지 or오 virtual^v버추얼 convergence컨^v버전스 services,서^v버시즈 etc.,엣세터^r러 self-regulation,셀^f프-^r레귤레이션 and앤드 protection프^r러텍션 of어^v브 users,유저즈 etc.엣세터^r러

② 협회는 법인으로 한다.

(2) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 a어 juristic주어^r리스틱 person.퍼슨

③ 협회는 다음 각 호의 업무를 수행할 수 있다.

(3) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 may메이 perform퍼^f폼 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 functions:^f펑크션즈

④ 과학기술정보통신부장관은 가상융합산업 진흥 등을 위하여 제3항의 업무를 지원할 수 있다.

(4) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Science사이언스 and앤드 ICT아이크트 may메이 support서포트 the^ð더 functions^f펑크션즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (3) for^f포 the^ð더 promotion,프^r러모우션 etc.엣세터^r러 of어^v브 the^ð더 virtual^v버추얼 convergence컨^v버전스 industry.인더스트^r리
