가맹사업거래의 공정화에 관한 법률 제15조(자율규약)

①가맹본부 또는 가맹본부를 구성원으로 하는 사업자단체는 가맹사업의 공정한 거래질서를 유지하기 위하여 자율적으로 규약을 정할 수 있다.

②가맹본부 또는 가맹본부를 구성원으로 하는 사업자단체는 제1항의 규정에 의하여 자율규약을 정하고자 하는 경우 그 규약이 제12조제1항의 규정에 위반하는 지에 대한 심사를 공정거래위원회에 요청할 수 있다.

③공정거래위원회는 제2항의 규정에 의하여 자율규약의 심사를 요청받은 때에는 그 요청을 받은 날부터 60일 이내에 심사결과를 신청인에게 통보하여야 한다.
