가등기담보 등에 관한 법률 제18조(다른 권리를 목적으로 하는 계약에의 준용)

등기 또는 등록할 수 있는 부동산소유권 외의 권리{질권(質權)ㆍ저당권 및 전세권은 제외한다}의 취득을 목적으로 하는 담보계약에 관하여는 제3조부터 제17조까지의 규정을 준용한다. 다만, 「동산ㆍ채권 등의 담보에 관한 법률」에 따라 담보등기를 마친 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2010.6.10>
